SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. LA EXOTICA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.

LA EXOTICA ships worldwide, with the exception of Russia.

 

SHIPPING RATES

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee per order, shipping is charged only once when purchasing multiple items.

  • France & Spain Express shipping (1-2 business days)  -  €10

  • Europe Standard shipping with tracking (4-8 business days)  -  €15

  • USA, Canada & Rest of the World Standard shipping with tracking (7-12 business days)  -  €35

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • European Union €20

  • United States €50

Estimated delivery time: approximately 2-5 business days.

Please note that express shipping may not be available for all destinations due to elevated courier costs. Should you require this option, feel free to contact us directly.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Our preferred payment method is PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express, and Discover through PayPal.

A PayPal account is not required to complete your purchase.

We also accept bank transfers and direct credit card payments. Orders paid via bank transfer will be shipped once the transfer has been received and confirmed.

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Orders placed with LA EXOTICA and shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other regulatory charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are assessed by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the client.

If applicable duties and taxes are refused or remain unpaid and the shipment is returned to us, please note that, in accordance with the selected Courier Company’s regulations, all duties and taxes will still be charged to our account, along with return shipping costs and a €50 administrative fee.

These amounts will be invoiced to the client or deducted from any available store credit. Reimbursement of such charges will only be possible if the selected Courier Company reimburses LA EXOTICA, which cannot be guaranteed.

 

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment remains unclaimed and is returned to LA EXOTICA, our Client Care team will attempt to contact the client twice using the contact details provided at checkout.

If no response is received, a refund equivalent to 90% of the order value will be issued. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any request to reship the order will require the client to cover the applicable shipping fees again.

 

UNITED STATES CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE

For shipments destined for the United States with a declared value of USD $2,500 or more, U.S. Customs and Border Protection requires the recipient to provide one of the following identifiers:

  • Social Security Number (SSN)

  • Employer Identification Number (EIN)

  • U.S. Customs–assigned Importer Number

Failure to provide the requested information may result in the shipment being returned to LA EXOTICA. In such cases, reshipping costs must be paid prior to any subsequent dispatch.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we strongly recommend enabling email, SMS, and WhatsApp notifications from the Courier Company, allowing you to respond promptly to any customs-related requests.
