CHRISTIAN DIOR gold Monogram Brooch 1980

Dior gold tone monogram pin from the mid 1980s. A rope twist with smooth frame work design spells out the Dior name in a monogram or insignia style. The "I" in Dior is topped with a single cut crystal stone. The brooch measures 2 3/8 inches tall, 2 5/8 inches wide and 3/8 inch deep. On the back of the R is the older Dior oval signature plaque inscribed Christian Dior with R in a circle registry stamp.

Very fine in good vintage condition.
